My Story
As a physical therapist, my goal is to help others achieve their overall wellness goals. Growing up playing volleyball, basketball, and soccer, I was fortunate to remain injury-free until my Junior year of high school. However, I made a full recovery and continued playing through high school. After obtaining my Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree and starting my career, I became interested in manual therapy techniques and how they work in conjunction with movement and exercises.

This interest in manual therapy techniques was a result of the exceptional progress I witnessed in my patients. It is critical to assess a patient's functional movement as well as isolated movements to fully understand and treat each person individually. My goal is to assess you as a whole person and not just your injury or symptom that has brought you to physical therapy.

At some point in your treatment, you may hear me say, "You are a whole body and person; everything works together." I would be doing you a disservice if I didn't assess you as a whole being, as well as look up and down the kinetic chain as it pertains to movement. This is my approach, and I take the necessary time with each patient to ensure quality care during each session.
As a result of my dedication to quality care, I have decided to step out-of-network. This approach allows me to focus on each patient's needs without the constraints of insurance restrictions, ultimately ensuring that you receive the best possible care to reach your wellness goals.
